The path that brought me here was a curious weaving — a tapestry of insights, experiences, and awakenings….

Each thread of my life, from profound teachings to personal trials, has formed the foundation for this work.

In 2012, I studied the Art of Clown under the incomparable David McMurray Smith, diving into the depths of stored trauma and finding the profound healing power of embodied play. At the Orphan Wisdom School, under the brilliant mind of Stephen Jenkinson, I learned to question the paradigms of our culture and the spells hidden within language itself.

I have walked alongside the dying within the healthcare system, listened deeply to children on the spectrum, and explored the richness of life through Vipassana meditation, mindfulness training, shamanism, psychedelics, parenting, permaculture, dance, study, love and of course the long shadows of sickness and depression, fear and sadness, rage and crippling anxiety. I carried the weight of feeling "not enough"—not worthy enough, not capable enough, not seen or understood, not loveable. I felt like an outsider, perpetually yearning for a life that always seemed just out of reach. Progress came slowly, with painstaking steps toward self-acceptance.

And then, in one  moment, I wrote down a statement that echoed from my soul:

This declaration became my anchor, my rallying cry.

I came to understand that the mind is not your enemy—it’s your navigator. Its primary role is to keep you safe, but because the mind cannot exist fully in the present moment, it operates in loops. It clings to old programs, validates untruths, and suppresses emotions, all in the name of self-preservation.

This realization led me to become a student of breath and presence. Beyond the mind is the true key to what you are. This is where Spellbreaking comes in.

TO BE PRESENT IS TO MICRODOSE ETERNITY.

(Your true nature—an infinite being, pure energy.)

This is where my heart lies: guiding others back to presence, to a soul-level awareness that dissolves the illusions keeping us trapped in fear and confusion.

You are not broken, there is nothing to fix...

only illusions to dissolve, truths to remember, and the infinite power of your being to rediscover.
